Refunds + Returns Policy

 We understand that items can become faulty for time to time or that you may have purchased an item in error, and would like to return. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed.

If an item is generally faulty we will happily replace the item once returned and post out asap for you, ensuring that you get the fully working item asap, minimising any inconvenience caused. Please contact us via email or phone first as sometimes problems can be sorted and also to help us to keep track of any returns If you no longer want a purchased item please return the item within 14 days of purchase, in the items original condition "as new" and packaging, for a refund in full minus the postage costs.

Returns not accepted on sale/reduced items

Returns not accepted on Helmets due to safety and hygiene reasons.
